THE bird's eye view in last week's puzzle, was of Blackburn centre - Peter Cooper of Darwen was first to the phone with the correct answer.
The aerial image shows the town's once main traffic hub, with the Boulevard dead centre and the railway station in the top left.
The junction of Railway Road, Salford and Church Street and its many prominent buildings are also spotlighted, with the former market, bottom right and the art deco premises of the former Woolworth store at the corner of Ainsworth Street.
Can you pick out the cathedral, the telephone exchange in Jubilee Street and the Telegraph's former offices at Newspaper House?
The brewery buildings are still standing in this image, before they were demolished for a supermarket.
