Michael Barr, 34
A MISSING sex offender has been arrested by police.
Michael Barr, from Blackburn, was wanted by police on suspicion of breaking his licence terms having failed to return to his bail address last Wednesday.
Barr also had links to the Accrington and Preston areas.
The 34-year-old was originally convicted of rape, burglary and sexual assault at Preston Crown Court in June 2003.
