Crews dealing with Blackburn bin fire
A FIRE crew from Blackburn are currently dealing with a bin fire.
They were called at 8.22am this morning after a fire outside a number of shops on corner of Duckworth Street and Bank Top.
A Lancashire Fire Service spokesman said: "They are out trying to put the fire out which is outside some shops."
