A MAN found in possession of amphetamine was already subject to a conditional discharge for the same offence.
Alan Henry Sturdy, 34, of Queen Victoria Road, Burnley, pleaded guilty to possessing amphetamine. He was fined £120 which was set against the two nights he had spent in custody following his arrest.
