EMERGENCY services have been dispatched to a railway station after an elderly woman collapsed.
Several police and ambulance crews have been called to the scene at Blackburn Railway Station at about 2.50pm today to reports a woman in her 70s is unconscious.
An ambulance service spokesman said: "We were called to the scene at 2.49pm and are still at the scene.
"We were called to a woman in her 70s who is unconscious."
"Police were also called to the scene."
A British Transport Police spokesman said: "We were called to reports a person had a medical episode.
"Officers attended alongside paramedics."
