LABOUR has accused Lancashire County Council’s ruling cabinet of putting voluntary sector services at risk.
Cllr Erica Lewis, shadow finance spokeswoman, highlighted its closure of three third sector grant programmes for 2018/19 - the Local Initiative Fund, the Central Gateway Fund, and Local Members Grants - totalling £1million.
She said: “These cuts are a real blow to the third sector.”
