A GIRAFFE puppet is set to visit primary schools across East Lancashire to deliver health promotion and education.
Healthy Harold and Lancashire Life Education will visit St Mary and St Joseph's RC Primary School, St Gabriel's CE Primary School and Holy Souls RC Primary School in Blackburn as well as St James CE Primary School in Darwen.
The project is part of Coram Life Education which provides health, wellbeing and drugs education.
The children will meet Harold the Giraffe puppet and friends, have discussions and watch short films about healthy eating, legal and illegal drugs and their effects, the body and how it works, friendships and their influence, and how choices and behaviours can affect children’s health and education outcomes.
