SCENE: Rhodesway, Hoghton
AN electric golf buggy burst into flames at a home in Hoghton.
Firefighters were called to the property in Rhodesway at 7.50pm on Thursday.
There were no reported injuries in the incident.

A fire service spokesman said: “An electric golf buggy was the source of a fire in the garage of a house.
“Two fire engines and crews, from Bamber Bridge and Preston, turned out to the incident and firefighters used a hoses to extinguish the fire and a portable fan unit to extract the smoke and heat.”
