A 79-year-old woman suffered a cranial bleed after falling at her home, an inquest was told.
But the inquest heard she actually died of a pulmonary embolism.
The inquest was told that Dyllis Rock, of Elmfield Street, Church, had suffered several falls and had been found by a neighbour in a dazed and confused state after the latest fall on March 9. Mrs Rock died on April 15.
Coroner Michael Singleton recorded a natural causes verdict.
