A woman from Church claimed nearly £29,000 in benefits she wasn't entitled to, a court was told.
Hyndburn magistrates heard that Julie Emmett, 46, of Church Street, had £35,000 in a bank account which she didn't declare while claiming income support over a five year period.
Emmett, pleaded guilty to failing to notify a change of circumstances.
She was committed to Burnley Crown Court for sentence.
