A WOMAN was flashed at for the second time by what she thinks is the same man, according to police.
The woman, who is in her 30s, was walking her dog along a footpath in a wooded area off Scott Street, Padiham, at about 8.30pm, on Monday, when the incident happened.
As she walked towards the man he asked her for the time and she noticed that he was exposing himself to her and walked away.
The woman, who was shocked and upset by the incident, said the same man exposed himself to her in the same spot some months ago but she had failed to report it.
The flasher is described as white, about 5ft 8in tall, with a slim build, was in his late teens or early 20s and spoke with a Burnley accent.
He also had dark eyebrows and a shaven head at the back and was wearing a baseball cap.
The incident is not being linked to other flashing incidents in Burnley as the descriptions have varied.
