A PEDESTRIAN who walked to the central reservation of the M65 tonight was given a £30 fine.
The 32-year-old man was found on the M65 near junction nine, Burnley, at 6.30pm. Motorway police attended after being notified by an anonymous phone call and talked the pedestrian into coming onto the hard shoulder.
The man's intentions for going onto the motorway were not known.
