THE residents of Cornholme turned out in force as Pamela Lally was installed as Mayor of Todmorden at a ceremony in Todmorden Town Hall.
Coun Lally, who lives in the village and has been a councillor for eight years, takes over from Brian Hewson.
Her father, Robert, will serve as her consort. Coun Julie Stansfield, chairman of the development committee, was appointed deputy town mayor, meaning she will become Mayor of Todmorden in 12 months' time.
