Ian Lloyd, the former High Sheriff of Lancashire, Peter Robinson, and John Houldsworth
The organisers of the biggest ball ever held in the Ribble Valley presented the Clitheroe Castle Heritage Scheme and the Pendlebury Children's Hospital with £9,300 each.
The Lloyd Houldsworth Ball, organised by Clitheroe solicitor John Houldsworth and Clitheroe surveyor Ian Lloyd, was held at the Stirk House Hotel, Gisburn.
The ceremony marked the completion of Phase 1 of the £3.2m Clitheroe Castle Heritage Scheme.
