Three people were taken to Burnley General Hospital following a collision involving two cars in Shuttleworth Hall link road, Hapton.
A Ford Focus and Vauxhall Zafira collided at 6.30pm yesterday and the male driver of the Vauxhall was cut from the car to enable emergency crews better access to him.
His injuries were not thought to be life threatening.
Two other men received minor injuries in the crash and were taken to hospital as a precaution.
