A CHEERLEADER group has appeared on an ITV show to find the nation's best talent.
Shell's Belles beat off competition from nearly 50,000 other hopefuls to make it to the last 100 of Britain's Got Talent.
On Saturday night footage of the Burnley-based group auditioning for the contest was aired on the show.
Shell's Belles dancers, aged between 12 and 16, took part in two auditions in Manchester and impressed judges, music mogul, Simon Cowell; former newspaper editor, Piers Morgan, and actress Amanda Holden.
However, they did not make the finals.
The winner of the show will win £100,000 and also perform in front of the Queen at the 2007 Royal Variety Performance.
