The annual Lancashire and Ribble Valley Countryside and Garden Festival gets into full swing today(friday).
The three day festival in Hawkshaw Farm, Longsight Road, Clayton-le-Dale will have piglets competing on Saturday.
It is the first time pig racing has been put on at the event.
There will also be falconry displays, live music, sheep dog displays, morris dancers and lawnmower racing as well as a range of garden displays and floristry exhibitions.
