Reece James Franklin and Joshua Roberts were sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court
TWO 21-year-old men have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with conspiring to supply cannabis and being concerned in the supply of cannabis.
Reece James Franklin, of Newton Street, Oswaldtwistle, and Joshua Roberts, of Scott Avenue, Accrington, were sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court.
Roberts also faces a cocaine supply charge.
