FLYTIPPING has been reported in Audley Lane, in Higher Audley, Blackburn.

Resident Hilary Rodger said several bags of concrete had been dumped on the common in the street, while a mattress or 'some sort of upholstery' had been left behind trees and shrubs nearby.

She said: "The concrete bags have been there for several months now. The upholstery and stuffing has been there for a few weeks.

"The whole of the green area between Audley Sports Centre and Audley Lane is littered with rubbish."

The matter has been reported to Blackburn with Darwen Council.
