TRACEY Lee, 44, of Kingsbury Place, Burnley, has been given 100 hours’ community service by Pennine magistrates after she falsely claimed benefits for children she was no longer responsible for.
Lee admitted to offences of failing to notify a change in circumstances for tax credits and income support between October 2013 and April and May 2014.

She must also pay £85 court costs with a £60 victim surcharge.
