A COLNE and West Craven PC has spent time in the Lancashire Constabulary control room to experience the kind of emergency calls coming in.
PC Nigel Keates said among the calls was a resident telling officers a bin had been moved.

He said: “I have taken calls including ‘My bin has been moved’, ‘There is a car abandoned in the lane’, drivers driving dangerously, an ambulance requesting our attendance, a pedestrian hit by a car and one caller with a full bladder as his colostomy bag was full.”
