Accrington man bailed after two Staffordshire bull terriers maul postman
A 21-YEAR-OLD man from Accrington who was arrested on suspicion of having a dog dangerously out of control has been bailed.
He was arrested after two Staffordshire bull terriers mauled postman Keith Chadwick close to his home in Fife Street on Tuesday, leaving him in need of reconstructive surgery.
