AN INVESTIGATION is underway after a collision between a moped and car in Darwen.
The crash happened at about 3.50pm on Wednesday at the junction of Industry Street and Cornfield Street.

Police said they did not believe anybody was injured but that the driver of the moped, a 14-year-old boy, had fled the scene following the collision, which also involved a beige Renault Megane.
