TWO men have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with a £30,000 charity fraud.

Zunaid Patel, 36, of Burnley Road, Blackburn, and Asif Gaffar Vindhani, 48, of Adlington Road, Leicester,are accused of making a false representation to HMRC intending to make a gain in respect of Help Africa between January and September 2012.
UPDATE: The case was discontinued by the crown prosecution service.
