EASTER is almost upon us, and in LT Towers we've been thinking about chocolate.
More specifically, chocolate they don't make any more. From Spira to Fruitang, we take a look at some of the chocolate bars and sweets from years gone by we'd really like to see make a comeback.
How many of these do you remember?
1. Spira
The Spira is probably the most lamented chocolate bar on this list (in our office anyway). Cadbury chocolate fashioned into two straws, basically. The best way to eat them was to drink your tea through them, then the middle went all melty and lovely. If Cadbury brought these back, we'd happily buy every box in Britain. Discontinued May 2005.
2. Flyte
Picture: Bodo
A flake, covered in chocolate, but with less calories (although mainly because it was smaller). What's not to like? You could argue this was the forerunner of the intense chocolate hit that is the Twirl, but that doesn't stop us wishing these still existed.
3. Trio
We don't really need to explain this one, right?
4. Marble White and milk chocolate and, if memory serves, some sort of squidgy praline centre. Yum.
5. Snaps
Thin and crispy but still made of chocolate! We're not sure why Cadbury (see how it's always Cadbury) discontinued this one, but hint: Aldi do a VERY similar selection.
6. Cabana
7. Fuse
Sold 40 million in the first week of sale, due to the incredible combo of fudge, raisins, biscuit and chocolate. But discontinued in 2006. Boo.
8. KitKat Senses

9. Snowflake
A flake, only white. We're pretty sure it never recovered from the great Anthea Turner scandal of its laumch though.
10. Fruitang
11. Toffo

12. Secret
Marshmallow, wrapped in Nestle chocolate.... but apparently nobody bought them.
13. Nuts about Caramel
Nuts about Caramel lives on as ice cream, but that's no subsitute for the bar - segments of choclate filled with caramel and a whole hazelnut. Yes, it was basically the purple one from a Quality Street in a bar, but what's wrong with that?
14. Taz
We know they MAKE a caramel Freddo, but they really don't taste the same....
15. Terry's Chocolate Orange Mint
We've got to be honest, now this just sounds a bit wierd. But then? Give us all the mint oranges...
16. Dream
A Milkybar for grown-ups.
And the ones that seem... different
1. Creme Eggs
If you've had one this year, you'll know - they're not the same as they were. The chocolate is cheaper different.
2. Curly Wurly
No denying it, they're shorter than they were.
3. Fruit and Nut
4. Wagon Wheels (we’re sure they used to be bigger, unless we’ve just grown up...)

5. Snickers
