A 21-year-old man from Accrington has been arrested on suspicion of having a dog dangerously out of control
A 36-YEAR-OLD man was rushed to hospital with serious facial injuries last night after being attacked by two Staffordshire Bull Terriers, police said.
The incident happened in Fife Street, Accrington, at about 8.15pm. The man also suffered injuries to his legs, officers said.
