A 30-YEAR-OLD man is due to appear before Blackburn Magistrates today charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Kevin King, of Carr Farm, Lodge Lane, Lytham, is accused of planning with others to kill Mark Walsh.

Mr Walsh, 35, was shot in the head in the alleyway behind his end-terrace home in Maudsley Street in January.
A 25-year-old woman, also from Lytham, was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and attempting to pervert the course of justice and was released on bail.
Donovan Wallace, 26, and Jack Wilding, 20, both of Lytham, already appeared before the courts charged with attempted murder.
