East Lancashire motorists facing rush hour delays
MOTORISTS were facing rush hour delays this morning.
Commuters reported slow moving traffic in Halsingden Old Road Rawtenstall, near to Ski Rossendale, following snow fall.

And the wet conditions also caused problems on the A56 Accrington bypass. Around 7.45am, a car crashed into the central reservation between Rising Bridge and Haslingden.
The driver received facial injuries, but a police spokeswoman said it was not believed his condition was serious.
Traffic was also busy on the M66 southbound between the A56 and junction one at Ramsbottom.
It came as vehicles backed up on the M60 clockwise following a fatal collision at junction 19 near Heaton Park.
