A NELSON man has been fined for allowing his dog to foul in public.
Colin Bostock, 60, of Garden Street, failed to attend Burnley Magistrates’ Court last Thursday (March 5).
He was found guilty in his absence and ordered to pay a £200 fine, prosecution costs of £125 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Mr Bostock’s dog was off the lead in Walverden Park in November when it was observed fouled the path. He did not clear it up.
