FANS heading to Ewood Park for tonight's Championship clash between Blackburn Rovers and Bolton Wanderers have been warned over potential delays.
Roadworks will be controlled by temporary lights as part of the Pennine Reach public transport improvements, at the A666 at Earcroft (Jct4 M65 motorway link).
