Town centre roadworks will cause Sunday disruption
Roadworks mean a Blackburn town centre pub will delay its opening time on Sunday morning.
Darwen Street will be affected from early in the day until around midday.
As a result, the Postal Order will open at 1pm, ahead of the Blackburn Rovers game with Liverpool which kicks off at 4pm.
