The death is not being treated as suspicious
A MAN was found dead in a busy town centre supermarket.
The 50-year-old Polish man was discovered in the toilets at Morrisons in Pendle Street, Nelson, on Wednesday night.
Police were called by paramedics at 6.50pm, but he did not respond to treatment.
Duty inspector John Fryer said: “The store’s first aiders had been unable to revive him. He was Polish and had been living with friends.”
“The death is not being treated as suspicious.”
