Motorbike and car collide in Nelson
EMERGENCY services were called when a motorbike and car collided in Nelson.
The crash, involving a Citroen C3, happened in Netherfield Road Road at 6pm.
Insp Andy Carter said the motorcyclist ended up in the road and officers were concerned he might have suffered serious injuries.
He said: "It was initially thought it was serious, but fortunately the motorcyclist was not injured."
