A 53-YEAR-OLD wanted man from Blackburn has been arrested in Rochdale.
James Doherty, 53, of St Peter’s Street was wanted for recall from prison after he was released on licence on 2 October 2014 for a burglary offence but absconded from the address he was registered to.
