A 24-YEAR-OLD banned driver is awaiting sentence after admitting a string of motoring allegations, committed on the A56 bypass, at Rawtenstall.

Shayzul Miah, of Fountain Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol, driving while disqualified, obstructing police and with no insurance, on October 16. The defendant was bailed until November 21, for a pre- sentence report.
