A SITE office and welfare accommodation could be built at BAE Systems’ Samlesbury site.
Plans for the work at the business have been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council for consideration. The buildings will be used to house some equipment used to make parts for the F-35 Lightning II.
A company spokesman said in the design and access statement: “The proposed accommodation will be used to store parts and equipment required for the machine build and office accommodation.”
