Blackburn woman charged with £27k benefit fraud
A 29-YEAR-OLD woman has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with a £27,000 benefit fraud.
Laila Amin, of Shorrock Lane, Blackburn, was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court charged with dishonestly failing to notify a change of circumstances, that she was living with Shadman Aman, which affected her entitlement to income support, council tax and housing benefits.
