Nelson taxi driver denies driving without due care and attention
A TAXI driver has denied driving without due care and attention after he was said to have hit and injured a cyclist.
Kamran Younis, 37, of Elizabeth Street, Nelson, also pleaded not guilty to causing an unnecessary obstruction after the alleged incident on Colne Road, Burnley, on June 4.
He will face trial before Pennine magistrates on January 6.
