Anti-social youths congregating on Barrowford benches
ANTI-social youths have been congregating on two cast-iron benches installed by parish councillors in Barrowford, the town’s area committee has been told.
Residents have complained to the parish council about the seats in Victoria Park, opposite North Park Avenue, and the issue is also due to be considered by borough councillors at Holmefield House, from 7pm on Thursday.
