THE CHAIR of Lancashire's independent Fairness Commission, Dean of Blackburn Christopher Armstrong, has made a last call for evidence before work starts on its report.
The commission is examining ways of reducing inequality and assessing the effect of austerity on people's lives.
People have until November 3 to make submissions.
The commission has met regularly since its creation in June. Its final report is expected in February.
Dean Armstrong said: “I have been hugely impressed with the quality of evidence that we've heard.
“We recognise that there are people and organisations unable to attend one of the public meetings.
“We're anxious to make sure that everyone gets the chance to have their say.
Evidence can be sent to Debbie Thompson, Lancashire Fairness Commission, Level 1CCP Building, County Hall, Preston PR1 8XB or you can email details to fairness@lancashire.gov.uk.
