East Lancs man on historical allegations of sexual abuse
A 50-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Burnley magistrates on historical allegations of sexual abuse.
Steven Agg is charged with two counts of indecent assault on a girl and two counts of gross indecency with a girl.
The alleged offences are said to have been committed years ago in Pendle.
Agg, of Railway Street, Barnoldswick, will have his case heard at Burnley Crown Court.
He indicated not guilty pleas. He was conditionally bailed until January 26, for a plea and case management hearing.
