BLACKBURN’S The Mall shopping centre is promising a full programme of Hallowe’en activities for youngsters over half-term.
From Monday, to Friday, October 31, between 10am and 4pm, children will be able to park their broomsticks at the free creepy craft workshops and get their faces painted as their favourite ghoulish characters in Victoria Court.
To celebrate the scariest day of the year itself, The Mall Blackburn will be hosting a ‘Mall Monster’s Ball’ with party games galore and the chance to meet the very friendly Mall Monster.
All children that attend dressed in a Halloween costume will receive a free a goody bag filled with treats!
The ‘Excitable Kids’ play area, which has been a huge hit with shoppers this year, will also be open throughout half term.
Mall general manager Loraine Jones said: “Hallowe’en is one of our favourite times of year here at The Mall and we are definitely getting into the spooky spirit.
“There are plenty of activities to keep little pumpkins entertained during the half-term break and lots of devilish deals for the parents to enjoy too!”
