Top chef Stephanie Moon pays a visit to Farringtons at Nelson and Colne College to share her tips with students
STUDENTS received expert cookery tips from a top chef.
The youngsters at Colne Primet Academy, Ss John Fisher and Thomas More RC High School, also in Colne, Unity College in Burnley and West Craven College met Stephanie Moon, who has worked in hotels and restaurants, including Harrogate’s Rudding Park, at the event at Nelson and Colne College.
The schools took along their own aspiring chefs, who were treated to industry advice from Stephanie, who was named Yorkshire Life magazine’s chef of the year.
