PEOPLE in East Lancashire have been urged to recognise health professionals who have made a real difference.
Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust, the county’s mental health trust, has called for nominations for its annual People’s Choice Award.
The winner of the award will be voted for by the public and announced at the awards ceremony in March next year. The deadline for nominations is Friday, October 31.
Heather Tierney-Moore, chief executive, said: “The People’s Choice Award was launched last year and we received a phenomenal response from members of the public, which was great to see. We’re once again giving people the opportunity to nominate individuals or teams who they think deserve special recognition for the work they do to improve experiences for service users and their families.
“It’s often the little things that can make a real difference.”
