HORRID Hallowe’en fun will be on offer during October half term at Gawthorpe Hall.
On Wednesday, October 29, there will be creative and craft fun where families will learn how to make a spooky spoon monster, witch or ghost and use it for stirring the cauldron, and create their own magic spells, be they nasty or nice.
Families are free to drop in for the activity throughout the afternoon from 1pm until 4pm and admission is £2 per child.
The Hall is also open and you can follow the pumpkin trail round the historic rooms.
On Halloween itself, there will be ‘Twilight Terror’.
The Hall will be open to see what spooks, ghosts and spine chillers you can find in the panelling and portraits. From 7pm. Prebooking by calling 01282 771004.
