A 22-YEAR-OLD man kicked out at the door to his mother’s flat when she refused to make him something to eat.
Blackburn magistrates heard Adam Jordan Bleasdale, who was drunk at the time, turned ‘nasty’ towards his mum and had acted in temper.

Bleasdale, of Belfield Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to criminal damage.
He was made subject to community supervision for 12 months with an alcohol treatment requirement, and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £60 costs.
Gareth Price, defending, accepted that when he got up in the morning he needed alcohol to get him going.
“He also accepts he needs the help of the probation service to deal with his problem,” said Mr Price.
