POLICE were called after several children reported a man standing naked in his bedroom window.
Blackburn magistrates heard a mother who went to investigate saw Elston James Fleming completely exposed in the window of his home in Accrington Road, Blackburn.

Fleming, 46, pleaded guilty to intentionally exposing his genitals.
He was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months and made subject to community supervision for 18 months. He was placed on the sex offenders’ register for seven years.
John Begg, prosecuting, said police were called to the address at 5pm on a Saturday. They described Fleming as being drunk and they found a number of magazines and photographs of a sexual nature strewn around his bedroom.
“It was a large window which came fairly close to the floor and the exposure was plain to see,” said Mr Begg.
