A DARWEN street was closed off after part of a derelict pub building collapsed.
Fire crews and police cordoned off Church Street when part of Franky's Bar fell onto the pavement.

An Audi A4 was damaged by guttering which fell from the vacant building at around 5pm on Sunday.
Just a fortnight ago, the Lancashire Telegraph reported how councillors were calling for the bar to be renovated or demolished because it was becoming an eyesore.
In November 2012, more than 40 firefighters were needed to put out a fire at the building, formerly Darwen Central Conservative Club, and work was carried out to make it safer.
The building has been sold at auction twice this year, in June and August, but Land Registry documents show the venue is still owned by Darwen Central Building LLP, which has a registered address at the Spaces Business Centre in Nelson.
No-one was injured in the incident but the car, which was parked at the time, will require repair work.
