UPDATED: Missing Blackburn man found
A MAN who made a distressed phone call to police before going missing has been found, police said.
Lance Cook, 53, who lives at the Salvation Army in Heaton Street, Blackburn called police this morning in an upset state.
He was found safe this evening by officers.
- A 53-year-old man from Blackburn was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
