A 27-year-old woman appeared before Burnley magistrates accused of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
Ashleigh Bayliff, of Paulhan Street, Burnley, is alleged to have committed the offence against Phillip Campbell in the town on July 5. She did not indicate a plea. Her case will be heard at crown court and she was bailed until a hearing on October 27.
The defendant must not contact or interfere with the alleged victim and must not enter the Bridge Bier Huis where the alleged incident took place.
